About Packet & Proof

Packet & Proof follows a supplement claim into the document offered to support it. An ingredient list, a study, a customer story and a price display can each provide information, but they answer different questions.

The subject is the record

Our articles cover named greens powders and the limits of their published information. A review can describe an online formula, an advertised bundle or a policy without showing what would arrive in a particular order. Product names and versions stay attached to the observations they support.

The comparison explains offers alongside uncertainty. It does not assign a clinical score or turn the number of ingredients, an organic statement or a lower advertised price into proof of a better health result.

What we have not tested

This publication has not sampled the reviewed powders, inspected a supplied package, authenticated customer testimonials or completed the purchases described in its articles. Source-based editorial checks are not laboratory testing or a clinician’s assessment. The source register records the pages used and when they were checked.

The affiliation notice and placement disclosure explain the commercial context. Read them alongside an article’s product-specific qualifications. A prominent position is a publishing choice, not evidence of effectiveness.

Use the reading, keep the limit

The claim reader presents four fixed examples. Its questions help explain what a document leaves open; it does not collect answers or evaluate a person. A health concern, medicine question or dietary restriction needs appropriate professional attention beyond this publication. Seller explanations can address an offer or package, but they do not provide medical clearance.
